What's the difference between a producer and project manager? 

  • Not much because with both titles, I oversee the production and delivery of a project for advertising agencies, production companies, directors and photographers.

  • I project manage the process of turning creative ideas into tangible outputs across a variety of media.

A Producer or Project Manager, working as liaison between all agency departments, will:

  • Work with account management to define scope of work and staffing plan

  • Assess the needs to deploy resources

  • Manage work flow from job initiation to release

  • Escalate issues affecting budget, schedule, resources
